Report formats, exit codes and running the `fcg` CLI in a pipeline.

Here's what's true today, in short. The full walkthrough is coming; until then this links to the real reference docs.

Reports export as HTML, Markdown and JSON, with a draft Playwright test per finding. The `fcg` CLI runs the same engine in CI: `fcg compare --baseline … --candidate … --src … --format md,json,html --out … --fail-on high --min-confidence medium`, exiting 0 / 1 / 2 for clean / findings-at-threshold / usage error. The CI gate never fails on ignored findings.
