Here's what's true today, in short. The full walkthrough is coming; until then this links to the real reference docs.

One page per captured endpoint, with Functional rule checks (status, header, JSON path, response time) against a real response, and Performance load tests (Smoke / Load / Stress / Spike / Soak profiles) with an automatic stop on a high error rate. Writes and non-Smoke profiles require an explicit confirmation, and production environments are blocked unless unlocked for the run.
